As a C-Suite Executive with extensive expertise in Legal and Human Resources, Elicia is an enthusiastic and motivated business partner. She was previously recognized in 2019 among the “Most Influential Women in Corporate America” by Savoy Magazine and was featured in the GetFive Executive HR series.
Elicia strives to give back to the community as a board director, panelist, public speaker, and facilitator. She is an active member and local, regional and national leader in many of her organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, The Links, Incorporated, and Jack & Jill of America, Inc., to name a few.
The 100 Women of Color Gala & Awards celebrated the power of family, friends and the community, as they honored the past, present and future. The gala recognized the impact women have made in business, education, entrepreneurship, entertainment and so on, in the lives of communities from Connecticut to Massachusetts. With her achievements and distinguished professional career, Elicia was chosen as one of the 100 Women of Color who were honored at this event.
